• AI-generated insights are not medical advice

4. User Responsibilities

By using WellStreak, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app

• Maintain the security of your device and account

5. Account and Subscriptions

Free Features: WellStreak offers core tracking features at no cost.

WellStreak Pro: Premium features are available through in-app subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

6. Intellectual Property

WellStreak and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the app

7. User Data

You retain ownership of your health data. By using WellStreak:

• You grant us permission to process your data to provide the service
• You can export your data at any time
• You can delete your data by removing the app
